Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayParty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

PlayParty is an application that lets users play live party games with friends in real time. The App provides multiplayer games, video calls, voice chat, and interactive features for a shared game-night experience.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Accounts & Google Sign-In

PlayParty uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) to create and authenticate user accounts. By signing in with Google you additionally agree to Google's Terms of Service as they apply to your use of that service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your PlayParty account. We will never ask for your Google Account password — all authentication is handled by Google.

You may revoke PlayParty's access to your Google Account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of the information we receive from Google is governed by our Privacy Policy, which incorporates the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User Responsibilities

• You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for any content you share or stream through the App.
• You must not use the App to share copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose.
• You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.

Content & Conduct Policy

PlayParty is a social, multiplayer game. You are solely responsible for the content you submit — your display name, chat messages, in-game answers, and your camera and microphone feed — and for treating other players respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, and any illegal activity are prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any user who violates these rules or who abuses other players or the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Imautotech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain advertisements served by Google AdMob and use analytics services such as Firebase Analytics. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imautotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
