Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PlayParty account and the data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

Open PlayParty and go to your Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed right away.

Option 2 — By email

Email playparty.co@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your display name / room history) with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile (display name, avatar) and game stats.
Your membership in any rooms and your in-game activity.

Live video and voice are never recorded or stored. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Some records may be kept where required by law.
